Mmanti is a Management Consultant and Chair, Council-Future-Plan for Nigeria – the foremost interdisciplinary knowledge network dedicated to promoting innovative thinking to shape a sustainable and inclusive future for all. She specializes in transforming societies through youth capacity building and the sustained growth and development of SMEs.

She is a strong advocate of building and empowering young people, and grooming and positioning them for impact. She leads conversations on issues of economic development, holistic education transformations, and human capital investment.

As part of her drive to deploy industry-ready graduates and empower women’s perspectives, she Founded the Professional & Entrepreneurial Women Network of Nigeria (PEWNN), TEENNATION (Africa’s Largest Teen Network, Mentoring & Leadership Organisation) and Teen Mentors Network.

Mmanti wrote the Blueprints of iSEEL, Mental Health Curriculum, Behavioural Modification Curriculum and the Nigerian Emotional Learning Project (NELPRO) transforming African education through social and emotional – employability and leadership learning.

She is Fellow of the United Kingdom, Institute of Management Specialists, Occupational Safety and Health Professionals and named Emerging African Leader 2015, 7 Star Worker – Nigeria speaker 2016, Nominee International Woman in African Education 2018.

Mmanti has spoken on the World Economic Forum – Global Shapers Community, Commonwealth, African Union, ECOWAS, Google, Facebook British Council stages on issues surrounding Africa, Technology, Security, Policy, Teen, Mentoring and Workforce Development.
